What brings us together?
We’re a Jesus-centered community, so the obvious answer might be “Jesus.” But we started as a group of folks who like to ride bikes. So maybe it’s the events that bring us together.
Maybe – but there are lots of organized bike rides. If it’s just cycling, we could do those and save ourselves a lot of time and work.
What brings Jesus-centered communities together?
Theology. Heritage. Tradition. Culture. Geography. Probably lots of other examples, but it seems to me these all have one thing in common…they’re human creations.
What if we’re a Jesus-centered community built around a mission?
We cycle to bring hope and freedom to kids rescued from human trafficking.
