Imagine your path, everywhere you turn, covered by broken glass. One solution: try to cover the entire world so you can walk in comfort. Or…cover your own feet with tough-soled shoes and move forward.*
We can fuss about external circumstances that block our path, circumstances over which we often we have no control, things like politics or others’ behavior. We can waste time and energy trying to change what we likely cannot change.
Or we can put on our shoes, deal with what we CAN control, and get on with it.
Waiting won’t change external circumstances. For the most part, the path is what it is.
Better shoes – a different attitude – is the best way forward.

Human trafficking is a horrible, pervasive evil that generates billions in revenue for worldwide organized crime. You and I can shake our heads, or our fists, at this problem. We’re not going to fix it. It’s just too big.
We can, however, get on our bikes and do something for 22 kids who’ve been rescued from slavery, kids who live in freedom at the HOME OF HOPE. We can support them and give them the chance to know Jesus, to go to school and be productive adults.
That’s what the FREEDOM TOUR is about. We can’t fix the world. We can make it better for 22 kids.
