I love getting Christmas cards.

I especially enjoy the letters, reading the highlights of the year through the eyes of friends and family. Sadly, I’m not always good at sending out my own yearly summaries.

However, I’m eager to bring you this news. As part of the FREEDOM TOUR family, you get to share the joy as well.

The kids at the HOME OF HOPE in New Delhi were part of two Christmas programs last weekend. On Saturday they joined other students in their school’s Christmas annual program. Their mothers were invited to attend!

Then on Sunday they performed a Christmas dance at their church. The staff said the kids were incredibly excited about both events.

I’m sharing pictures here with permission. It’s the first time we’ve been allowed to show the kids online, so it feels pretty special.

Human trafficking is an enormous issue, one about which we care deeply. Instead of fighting the issue, we’ve chosen instead to form a relationship with this group of children. We know these children. We know their lives are being changed.

These kids were born in a brothel to mothers who were trafficked into forced prostitution. Now they’re performing in a school Christmas program. In front of their mothers, who are still trapped but can see through their children the hope that’s found in Jesus.

FREEDOM TOUR is a community of friends who have a lot of fun together. We encourage each other to trust God, work together as servant leaders, and offer hope to others.

Along the way, we get to raise funds and awareness to support these children. It’s an amazing opportunity and an incredible honor.
